The general terms and conditions contained in this document (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to the service provided by SERVICIOS DE LIMPIEZA LAVALUX S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter, LAVALUX) and constitute an agreement between the parties. By registering for or using any of the LAVALUX services — including all associated features and functionality, as well as the content and applications related to our services — you accept that you have read, understood and fully agreed to the applicable Terms and Conditions, entering into a binding contract with LAVALUX.
By accessing or using the LAVALUX services you accept these general Terms and Conditions, which apply to the access, registration, download and, in general, the use of the services provided by LAVALUX.
The interested party may register and accept the benefits acquired, for which it is mandatory that all data provided be valid, truthful and current. By registering, the user agrees to be subscribed to LAVALUX.
The user undertakes to promptly update the data provided and registered, to reflect any changes that occur over time. Users accept responsibility for the certainty, accuracy, currency and authenticity of the data provided, releasing LAVALUX from any liability.
The device is a card or key fob that is provided digitally personalized and carries a cost, which covers only the purchase of that device.
The card and the key fob have no expiration or validity period. If the device is lost or damaged, another one must be purchased.
If the device is lost or damaged, it can be recovered for an additional cost; the balance and the points are recovered within one week from the date the loss is reported. To complete this process it is important to present a valid official photo ID (INE).
If the card or key fob is not reported in a timely and proper manner, LAVALUX disclaims responsibility for any use third parties may make of the balance and the points.
These Terms and Conditions remain in force indefinitely, until either party cancels the registration and access. Nevertheless, the user acknowledges that the benefits are subject to their own separate validity periods, in accordance with their own terms, conditions or validation rules.
This site is informational in purpose: to present our services, locate branches and check current promotions. You agree to use it lawfully and not to take any action that could damage, overload or affect its operation or that of third parties.
It is prohibited to attempt to access restricted areas of the site without authorization, as well as to use automated mechanisms to extract information in bulk.
LAVALUX offers self-service washing and drying, drop-off laundry and dry cleaning services, available depending on the branch. The information on hours, services and amenities published on the site is indicative and may change without prior notice.
Each branch may have different features, equipment and services. We recommend confirming availability directly with the branch you are interested in before visiting.
Prices, promotions and discounts may vary by branch, season and availability. Promotions are valid only during their stated period and under the conditions indicated in each case.
LAVALUX reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate promotions at any time, without incurring any liability, always respecting the rights acquired by customers during the corresponding validity period.
The LAVALUX brand, its logos, trade names, mascot, designs, texts, images and other site content are the property of SERVICIOS DE LIMPIEZA LAVALUX S.A. DE C.V. or of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Reproducing, distributing, modifying or using that content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization is not permitted.
The site may contain links to third-party pages or services, such as maps, social media or messaging tools. These are offered solely for your convenience.
LAVALUX does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party sites. We recommend reviewing their terms before using them.
Due to technological factors, scheduled maintenance or other factors, whether within or outside our control, products and services may be temporarily interrupted. You accept that LAVALUX is not liable for damages arising from such interruption and you waive any right you may have against LAVALUX on that basis.
LAVALUX reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you continue using the site or our services after an update, you will be understood to accept the changes, and the amended version supersedes previous versions.
We recommend reading these Terms and Conditions frequently. If you do not agree with them or with any amendment, you must stop using the website and our services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
For their interpretation and performance, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
