Lavanderias Lavalux ("Lavalux"), with address in Mexico City, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data under the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and other applicable rules.

To provide our services we may collect the following personal data:

• Full name.
• Email address and phone number.
• Approximate location, solely to help you find your nearest branch.
• Data associated with your Lavalux Card, such as card number, balance and transactions.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. Financial data is limited to the information needed to manage your Lavalux Card balance.

3. Primary purposes

We use your personal data for the following purposes, which are necessary for our relationship with you:

• To provide and follow up on laundry, dry cleaning and self-service services.
• To manage your Lavalux Card, its balance, top-ups and benefits.
• To assist you, answer questions and stay in touch with you.
• To comply with applicable legal and contractual obligations.

4. Secondary purposes

In addition, and only if you do not object, we may use your data for purposes that are not necessary for the service, such as sending promotions, news and marketing communications.

If you do not want your data used for these secondary purposes, you can say so by writing to info@lavanderiaslavalux.com. Your refusal will not be grounds for denying you the services you request.

Lavalux does not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases provided for in article 37 of the LFPDPPP, such as when the transfer is required by law or by a resolution of a competent authority.

When we use providers to operate the service, they act as processors and will only handle your data in accordance with our instructions and the purpose for which it was collected.

You have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify it when it is inaccurate, Cancel it when you believe it is not required for the stated purposes, and Object to its processing for specific purposes (ARCO rights).
